Prototype Assembly - Baue, integriere und reworke elektromechanische Prototypen für verschiedene Robotikplattformen — von Subassemblies (Aktuator-Module, Sensor-Einheiten, PCBA-Gehäuse) bis zur vollständigen Systemintegration. Cable Harness Design - Entwickle, spezifiere und fertige Kabelbäume und Wiring Looms für Prototypen und Vorserienroboter: - Steckerauswahl (Molex, TE, Harting, Custom) - Wire-Gauge-Auslegung - Shielding und Strain Relief - Routing durch komplexe kinematische Strukturen Harness Documentation - Erstelle und pflege Harness-Zeichnungen, From-To-Listen, Wire Schedules und Montageanweisungen gemäß IPC/WHMA-A-620 und internen Qualitätsstandards. Lab Bring-up Support - Unterstütze Hardware-Bring-up-Aktivitäten durch Vorbereitung von Verkabelung und Sensorintegration für neue PCBAs und Sensorsysteme. - Arbeite eng mit Elektronik-Engineers bei Funktionstests und Debugging zusammen. DFM Input für Kabel & Verkabelung - Gib frühzeitig Feedback zu Fertigbarkeit, Kabelrouting, Steckerzugänglichkeit und Harness-Umsetzbarkeit und bringe dieses direkt in Mechanik- und Elektronik-Reviews ein. Prototype Management - Verwalte Prototypenkonfigurationen, halte das Hardware-Labor organisiert und stelle saubere Versionskontrolle physischer Assemblies in Zusammenarbeit mit PLM-/ERP-Systemen sicher. Supplier & Tooling Coordination - Beschaffe Prototypenteile und kundenspezifische Kabel. - Arbeite mit Kabelbaumherstellern und Lieferanten zusammen, qualifiziere Komponenten und validiere First Articles. - Bleibe gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern nah an laufenden Entwicklungen.
