## Role 🎨

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
- Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
- Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes
- Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person experience
- Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver
- Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes.
