Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy doświadczonego Python & Go Solutions Architect, który obejmie kluczową rolę w budowie nowego zespołu odpowiedzialnego za rozwój rozproszonej platformy działającej w obszarze bezpieczeństwa sieci i segmentacji ruchu. Szukamy osoby, która połączy kompetencje architekta, lidera technicznego i praktykującego programisty, aktywnie wspierając rozwój zespołu oraz dostarczanie wysokiej jakości rozwiązań produkcyjnych.

Szukamy Ciebie, jeśli:

- Posiadasz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołów inżynierskich jako Team Lead, Tech Lead lub Engineering Manager pozostający blisko kodu.
- Masz na swoim koncie dostarczanie i rozwój systemów produkcyjnych wykorzystywanych przez klientów biznesowych.
- Potrafisz skutecznie rekrutować, wdrażać i rozwijać inżynierów, budując zaangażowany i efektywny zespół.
- Posiadasz bardzo dobrą znajomość Python i Go oraz nadal aktywnie tworzysz kod produkcyjny.
- Masz doświadczenie w projektowaniu oraz rozwijaniu rozproszonych systemów backendowych.
- Rozumiesz zagadnienia związane z projektowaniem API, integracjami systemowymi oraz współpracą między zespołami technicznymi.
- Potrafisz przełożyć wymagania biznesowe na konkretne zadania techniczne oraz skutecznie zarządzać backlogiem.
- Posiadasz doświadczenie w pracy z zespołami produktowymi i potrafisz ustalać priorytety oraz zakres dostarczanych rozwiązań.
- Jesteś zwolennikiem wysokich standardów jakości i dbasz o jakość kodu poprzez code review, testy i dobre praktyki inżynierskie.
- Potrafisz analizować oraz rozwiązywać problemy występujące w środowiskach produkcyjnych.
- Rozumiesz znaczenie monitoringu, telemetryki, testów oraz procesów umożliwiających bezpieczne wdrażanie zmian.
- Znasz narzędzia kontroli wersji (Git) oraz praktyki Continuous Integration i Continuous Delivery.
- Mile widziane jest doświadczenie w obszarze networkingu, bezpieczeństwa sieci lub systemów infrastrukturalnych, jednak nie jest ono wymagane.
- Komunikujesz się w języku angielskim na poziomie minimum B2/C1.

- współpracę z Product Managerami przy analizie potrzeb biznesowych, priorytetyzacji oraz planowaniu prac,
- projektowanie i rozwijanie rozwiązań opartych o technologie Python i Go,
- aktywny udział w implementacji kluczowych funkcjonalności oraz wsparcie zespołu w rozwiązywaniu złożonych problemów technicznych,
- współpracę z innymi zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za backend, platformę oraz komponenty infrastrukturalne,
- definiowanie architektury integracji oraz kontraktów API pomiędzy systemami,
- nadzorowanie procesu dostarczania funkcjonalności od koncepcji aż do wdrożenia produkcyjnego,
