The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Manual and Functional Testing, along with a good understanding of business requirements, requirement analysis, user stories, and business processes. The candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Teams, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis - Understand, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Participate in requirement gathering and clarification discussions. - Understand user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD/FRD, and business workflows. - Identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential impacts in requirements. - Translate business requirements into test scenarios and test cases. - Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Support UAT activities and coordinate with business stakeholders. - Prepare and maintain functional and process documentation.
