Acting as the final quality gate before release, you will collaborate closely with Producers, Designers, Production Artists, Developers, and Creative Teams to identify defects, mitigate risks, and ensure all assets meet established quality standards, client requirements, and technical specifications. This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of design fundamentals, digital production workflows, and quality assurance methodologies. You will review a wide range of deliverables including static creatives, video assets, HTML emails, display banners, websites, mobile experiences, and other digital products. Success in this role requires critical thinking, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires full on-site attendance, five days per week, at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CR time) You Will: - Perform comprehensive quality reviews of creative and digital deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand, client, and technical requirements. - Identify, document, and communicate visual, content, functional, and technical defects through clear, actionable feedback and reporting. - Validate assets across multiple formats, including static creatives, video, HTML banners, emails, websites, and digital experiences prior to release. - Collaborate closely with Producers, Designers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and mitigate delivery risks. - Execute established quality control processes, maintain project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production quality and efficiency.
