## Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure that manufactured parts and assemblies meet technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality across suppliers and internal manufacturing processes within an international environment.

## Key Responsibilities

- Inspect manufactured parts and assemblies for compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements

- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges; CMM reports where applicable)

- Document inspection results and prepare clear quality documentation, including non-conformance reports

- Identify quality issues and collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to implement corrective actions

- Support incoming inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product release

- Maintain traceability documentation and ensure all quality records are complete and audit-ready

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality processes and supplier performance

## Requirements

- Completed technical education or relevant experience in quality control, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering

- Experience in supplier quality, incoming inspection, or supplier development

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and general quality management principles

- Familiarity with CAPA / 8D reports and root cause analysis methods

- Experience working in a manufacturing or multi-supplier environment

Professional & Personal Skills

- Strong understanding of technical drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and common manufacturing processes

- Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and inspection methods

- High attention to detail with a structured and reliable working style

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

Language Skills

- Native-level proficiency in the local language

- Additional languages are considered a plus
