## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Diagnose-Experte: Du untersuchst und diagnostizierst Rückläufer aus dem Feld und analysierst mechanische, elektrische sowie softwarebezogene Probleme.
- Systematische Fehlersuche: Du führst strukturierte Fehlerursachenanalysen (Root-Cause-Analysis) durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse präzise.
- Test & Validierung: Du planst und evaluierst Tests, um identifizierte Fehlerursachen zu reproduzieren und zu validieren.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du wirkst an der Entwicklung neuer Testmethoden mit und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Diagnoseprozesse.
- Schnittstellen-Gestalter: Du leitest technische Maßnahmen sowie Designverbesserungen ab und arbeitest eng mit R&D, Quality und Manufacturing an deren Umsetzung.
- Trend-Analyse: Du wertest Feldausfalltrends statistisch aus, um Muster und kritische Schwachstellen frühzeitig zu identifizieren.
- Wissensmanagement: Du erstellst technische Berichte und "Lessons Learned", um Erkenntnisse effektiv im gesamten Unternehmen zu teilen.
- Support & Service: Du unterstützt das Reklamationsmanagement und kommunizierst deine Analyseergebnisse an die Service- und Support-Teams.
- Software-Tooling: Du beteiligst dich an der qualitätsorientierten Entwicklung von Software-Tools für die Prüfung und Diagnose von Roboterkomponenten.

- Hintergrund: Idealerweise ein Master (M.Sc http://M.Sc.) in Mechatronik, kombiniert mit einer technischen Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker) – gerne im Rahmen eines dualen Studiums (Modell Reutlingen, Esslingen oder Albstadt).
