Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte da engenharia de qualidade do Inter como QA Mobile Sênior (Quality Engineer), em nível Especialista 2 / Coordenador, garantindo que os apps Android e iOS usados por milhões de clientes sejam entregues com alto padrão de qualidade. Você vai arquitetar e evoluir automação, liderar tecnicamente QAs, impulsionar shift-left e atuar de forma estratégica em risco, release e métricas.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Definir e executar estratégia de testes mobile (Android e iOS).
- Desenvolver e manter frameworks de automação (WebdriverIO, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
- Automatizar e validar APIs e microserviços e dados em PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
- Rodar testes em device labs e integrar pipelines de CI/CD.
- Aplicar padrões de automação (Page Object, Screenplay, Factory, etc.).
- Conduzir testes de performance (JMeter, K6) e acessibilidade (WCAG).
- Usar IA generativa e MCP para acelerar engenharia de testes com critério.
- Mentorar QAs, revisar scripts e atuar em discovery/refinamento (testabilidade).
- Monitorar riscos de release e propor melhorias contínuas.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

- Experiência avançada em testes mobile (Android e iOS, SO, fragmentação, builds .apk/.aab/.ipa).
- Arquitetura de automação e manutenção de frameworks.
- WebdriverIO (obrigatório), Appium, Espresso, XCUITest.
- JavaScript e Python (Kotlin ou Swift básico é diferencial).
- Engenharia de prompt e LLMs; uso de agentes de teste e MCP.
- Design patterns: Page Objects, Screenplay, Factory, Singleton, Builder.
- Testes de APIs/microserviços: Rest Assured, Postman, Newman, contratos JSON/gRPC.
- PostgreSQL e MongoDB.
- Pirâmide de testes, testes baseados em risco e métricas de qualidade.
- Git avançado (Gitflow, rebase, cherry-pick).
- Cloud device labs (LambdaTest, BrowserStack, SauceLabs ou AWS Device Farm).
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab ou GitHub Actions.
