職位名稱: Quickflex Planning Specialist 運力規劃專員

此角色負責支援每日物流運力監控、資料蒐集與驗證、協力廠商溝通協調及資訊正確性維護。透過即時掌握供需狀況與運營資訊，協助團隊維持物流作業穩定性與資源可視性。職位需要具備良好的資料處理能力、溝通協調能力及物流執行經驗，並能於高節奏物流環境中完成例行營運支持工作。

主要職責

- 蒐集、整理並確認物流營運相關資料，以支持每日運力規劃作業。
- 監控每日供需狀況並追蹤異常情形。
- 與協力廠商進行溝通協調並確認資料正確性。
- 核對各類營運報表，維持資訊一致性與完整性。
- 協助運營資源追蹤與日常規劃支援作業。

必備資格

- 具一年以上基本物流相關工作經驗。
- 具資料蒐集、資料確認及報表核對經驗。
- 具廠商溝通與資料確認經驗。
- 具備基本 Excel 與試算表資料處理能力。
- 具備溝通協調能力。
- 具備英文讀寫能力。
- 可配合日班輪班制度。

優先資格

- 具配送、運輸調度、倉儲作業、物流客服或供應鏈執行經驗。
- 具跨部門合作或外部合作夥伴協調經驗。
- 具資源調度、人力排班追蹤或作業量監控經驗。
- 具協力廠商管理相關經驗。
- 具資料整理、報表製作及excel函數應用能力。
