## Job description

## What You'll Do

- You will review a large amount of traffic data (road incidents: constructions, closures, etc.), feedback from customers to improve their experience;
- You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources and tools to understand the customers’ issues;
- You will make high quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines
- You will provide investigations and analysis, find patterns and write reports;
- You will tightly interact with teammates, managers and engineers to improve current tools, workflows, products and services.

What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with large volumes of traffic data, identify patterns, and perform root-cause analysis
- Quick learner: able to grasp new tools, workflows, and guidelines efficiently
- English level: B1 (intermediate), both written and spoken — sufficient for daily communication, reading guidelines, and writing reports.
- Willingness to work a 2/2 shift schedule from the office is required (2 days on, 2 days off), with day shift from 8:00am to 8:00pm and night shift from 8:00pm to 8:00am.
- Basic knowledge of traffic regulations is required

Would be a plus:

- Background in GIS, cartography; familiarity with OSM or similar mapping tools
- Practical use of AI tools for data retrieval, automation, or workflow optimization
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, JS, or low-code platforms for analysis and automation
- Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence
