Responsibilities:

- Developing and leading the firm’s recruiting strategy
- Recruiting from graduate to senior level
- Represent the company at workshops, competitions and career fairs, both in the Netherlands and abroad
- Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience
- Becoming a trusted partner and valued decision maker for internal stakeholders
- Improving processes for reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates

Requirements:

- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive and adaptable attitude
- Willingness to travel
- Direct experience recruiting for trading firms is a plus
- Experience leading a team is a plus
- Located in the Netherlands or nearby
