Dabei stehst du im permanenten Austausch mit den Unternehmen und baust starke Beziehungen zu beiden Seiten auf – zu den Firmen genauso wie zu den Kandidaten. 💼 Deine Aufgaben Kunden & Onboarding - Du übernimmst neue Kunden direkt vom Sales-Team und wirst ab dem Closing ihr zentraler Ansprechpartner. - Du führst das Onboarding durch: Du verstehst den konkreten Hiring-Bedarf und richtest die Zusammenarbeit sauber auf. - Du postest die Stellenanzeigen, bringst sie live und optimierst sie laufend anhand von Performance und Feedback. - Du stehst im permanenten Kontakt mit den Firmen, gibst regelmäßig Updates und entwickelst die Zusammenarbeit zu langfristigen Partnerschaften weiter.
