Learn more at [codemetal.ai](http://codemetal.ai). ## About the Role Code Metal is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team, helping us run an efficient, well-organized hiring process while maintaining a high-touch experience for every candidate. This role is based in our Boston office, with an in-person presence required 2 days per week. Core Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end coordination support to a team of recruiters, including scheduling and managing in-person, phone, and video interviews across global time zones. - Act as the main point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to keep the recruitment process smooth and professional. - Compile and manage interview feedback and briefing documents with accuracy and confidentiality. - Maintain data integrity and ensure timely, accurate updates within our applicant tracking system (Ashby). - Post job openings across internal and external platforms, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and brand standards. - Partner with recruiters to prepare offer proposals, secure approvals, and generate offer documentation. - Conduct pre-offer compliance checks to confirm all regulatory and internal requirements are met. - Build trusted relationships with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and executive assistants. - Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation platforms to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate communications, and overall recruiting operations. - Support the adoption and continuous improvement of recruitment automation, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and workflow management. - Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
