Interview volume is climbing and we need someone who can own coordination end to end while helping us bring strong candidates into the funnel. You would work directly with our Head of Talent and our Sr. Recruiting Operations Manager, learn from recruiters who will mentor you in sourcing and eventually full-cycle work, and get exposure to every open search at the company across engineering, GTM, and G&A. If you are early in your recruiting career and want to compress years of exposure into months, this is a rare seat. You will contribute by You will own interview scheduling and candidate experience at high volume, which at Hover means more than dropping invitations on calendars. Our onsite operations have a real technical layer, and you will be the person who anticipates conflicts before they land and rebuilds a loop under pressure without creating churn for candidates or interviewers. Beyond scheduling, you will spend a meaningful share of your week on sourcing: reviewing applications, managing AI sourcing agents, and mining our CRM and networks for passive candidates.
