## About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Recruitment & HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring, ensure seamless HR processes and support. This role will serve as the backbone of HR operations while contributing to a strong talent experience.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business units sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand role requirements and timelines.
- Maintain Hiring dashboards, trackers, and trends.
- Coordinate with external consultants/vendors where needed.
- Assist in candidate and employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

## Key Skills & Attributes

- Exposure to HRIS systems preferred.
