Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e recruteur·euse.

Ce poste s’adresse à une personne en début de carrière, passionnée par les gens, la technologie et l’établissement de relations. À titre de recruteur·euse, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre capacité à entrer en contact avec des talents exceptionnels. Vous vous concentrez sur la constitution de bassins de candidat·e·s, l’engagement auprès de candidat·e·s potentiel·le·s et la création d’une expérience positive tout au long des premières étapes du processus d’embauche. À mesure que vous évoluerez dans le rôle, vous aurez l’occasion de participer à la présélection, aux entrevues et à des activités de recrutement à cycle complet.

Veuillez noter que, bien que nous soyons spécialisés dans le secteur de la santé et les industries réglementées, tous nos projets ne relèvent pas de ces domaines. Vous pourriez donc être amené·e à travailler sur des projets variés dans différents secteurs, selon les besoins.

Vos responsabilités quotidiennes

- Mettre à jour quotidiennement nos systèmes et bases de données internes avec les nouvelles informations
- Développer une communauté de personnes partageant les mêmes intérêts, pouvant devenir des candidat·e·s ou des contacts en mesure de nous référer des candidat·e·s, notamment par le biais de salons de l’emploi, de bootcamps, etc.
- Gérer l’accueil en personne des nouveaux employé·e·s, au besoin
- Planifier les entrevues de bout en bout, en coordination avec les candidat·e·s, les gestionnaires d’embauche et les comités d’entrevue
- Bâtir notre bassin de candidat·e·s idéal·e·s par une combinaison de sourçage direct (campagnes CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) et de candidatures spontanées
- Développer une bonne compréhension des rôles techniques pour lesquels nous recrutons, afin que les conversations avec les candidat·e·s soient crédibles et que les décisions de présélection soient solides
- Aider à coordonner la logistique d’accueil des nouveaux employé·e·s (contrats, équipement, préparation du premier jour) avec l’équipe des opérations
- Collaborer étroitement avec la responsable de l’acquisition de talents, apprendre l’ensemble du cycle d’embauche et prendre en charge un nombre croissant de postes à mesure que vous progressez
- Accomplir d’autres tâches connexes, au besoin

- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle orienté clientèle, vente ou développement communautaire (les stages comptent)
- Familiarité avec un ATS/CRM (p. ex. Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) ou intérêt à en apprendre un rapidement

## About the role

We're looking for someone early in their career who is excited about people, technology, and building relationships.

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in helping us connect with exceptional talent. You'll focus on building candidate pipelines, engaging prospective candidates, and creating a positive experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process. As you grow in the role, you'll have opportunities to participate in candidate screening, interviewing, and full-cycle recruiting activities.

Note that while we specialize in healthcare and regulated industries, not all our projects are in these fields, so you may work across different domains from time to time.

Your work will consist of:

- Update systems/internal databases with new information daily
- Grow a community of like minded people who can become either candidates or contacts to refer us to candidates, which could be through career fairs,bootcamps, etc
- Manage onboarding of new employees in person, as needed
- Schedule interviews end-to-end — coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Build our pipeline of ideal candidates through a combination of direct sourcing, i.e. CRM campaigns, LinkedIn, etc. or through inbound applicants
- Build foundational fluency in the technical roles we hire for, so candidate conversations are credible and screening decisions are sound
- Help coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (contracts, equipment, first-day setup) alongside the operations team
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead — learn the full hiring cycle, take on increasing ownership of reqs as you ramp

## About you

We are looking for a recent graduate, based in Montreal, who wants to take their first steps in recruitment. This is an position for someone comfortable interacting with people and eager to learn the profession.

We want you to apply if you:

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple candidate conversations and schedules at once
- Are curious about technology and eager to learn the fundamentals of the technical roles we hire for
- Bring a proactive, relationship-building mindset — comfortable reaching out to new people online and in person
- Are comfortable with in-person tasks (career fairs, new-hire onboarding) in the Montreal area

Bonus points if you:
