You Have: - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required. - 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple locations. - Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results in regulated environments. - Experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution/fulfillment operations. - Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards as they relate to training and competency assessment. - Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives to operational priorities and demonstrate ROI. - Demonstrated change management, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. - Superior communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
