What can you expect to do? - Lead the Quality and Operations functions for the Singapore Inspection & Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. - Develop, coach, and lead the Quality and Operations teams to drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence. - Oversee component authentication, inspection processes, and counterfeit risk mitigation activities. - Partner with customers, suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality and operational issues. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Review inspection findings, assess product acceptability, and support material disposition decisions. - Ensure compliance with quality systems and industry standards, including ISO 9001, AS9120, and AS6081. - Provide guidance on quality investigations, corrective actions, and customer quality escalations. - Perform other duties as assigned.
