Die Rolle – deine Leidenschaft

- Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Stationen in der Region Germany North-West und somit für den erfolgreichen Ablauf des operativen Geschäfts an den roadsurfer Standorten
- Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Stationen ihre Ziele hinsichtlich Rentabilität, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit erreichen und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Stationsorganisation maßgeblich voran und begleitest das operative und strategische Wachstum von roadsurfer
- Du trägst die Budgetverantwortung für deine Region und sorgst für eine effiziente Ressourcennutzung sowie eine nachhaltige Kostensteuerung
- Du führst, coachst und entwickelst die Station Teams und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für eine hohe Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und langfristigen Erfolg
- Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher und sorgst für einheitliche Prozesse und Best Practices über alle Standorte deiner Region hinweg
- Du analysierst die Performance deiner Region anhand relevanter Kennzahlen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und leitest daraus nachhaltige Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung deiner Standorte ab

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Führungsrolle mit Verantwortung für mehrere Standorte oder Regionen, idealerweise in den Bereichen Autovermietung, Tourismus, Hospitality oder vergleichbaren dezentralen Geschäftsmodellen
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams über mehrere Standorte hinweg sowie in der Steuerung dezentraler Organisationsstrukturen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung operativer Kennzahlen sowie von Budgets und Kosten
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, operative Herausforderungen pragmatisch und nachhaltig zu lösen
- Empathie und Leidenschaft für Menschen sowie die Fähigkeit, leistungsstarke Teams aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region
- Führerschein Klasse B
