Job Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across all sites. - Collaborate with on-site teams to drive strong performance, maximize resident satisfaction, and uphold company standards. - Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance activities, capital projects, and overall asset performance. - Monitor financial reports and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability. - Lead and implement strategic leasing and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy, retention, and revenue objectives. - Train and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams, fostering professional development and high-performing operations - Manage and schedule vendors for routine property maintenance and upkeep. - Cultivate an entrepreneurial “ownership” mindset among Community Managers to promote accountability and engagement.
