Aufgrund unseres enormen Wachstums liegt der Hauptfokus auf der Integration neu akquirierter Hausverwaltungen und der Migration bestehender Hausverwaltungen auf die Buena-Software. Als erfahrene Führungskraft steuerst du die Standortleiter vor Ort, optimierst Prozesse und skalierst traditionelle Verwaltungsstrukturen zu profitablen, digital gesteuerten Einheiten. Gemeinsam mit uns revolutionierst du eine Branche, deren technologische Entwicklung 20 Jahre zurückliegt. Deine Aufgaben - Operative und organisatorische Integration neu akquirierter Hausverwaltungen in das regionale Cluster. - Systematische Überführung bestehender und neuer Hausverwaltungen auf die Buena-Software. - Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Standortleiter sowie der lokalen Teams inklusive Personalentwicklung. - Operative Steuerung des Gesamtportfolios inklusive Liquiditätsplanung und GuV-Verantwortung. - Regelmäßiges Reporting wesentlicher KPIs, Finanzergebnisse und Integrationsfortschritte an das Berliner Headquarter. Du passt gut, wenn du - Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Geschäftsführer/in oder in einer vergleichbaren leitenden Position einer Hausverwaltung mit dem Schwerpunkt WEG-Verwaltung mitbringst. - Fundierte WEG-Expertise und tiefes Fachwissen im Mietrecht bei einem Portfolio aus 70 % WEG- und 30 % Mietverwaltung besitzt. - Praktische Erfahrung in der digitalen Transformation von Hausverwaltungen und der Migration auf neue Software-Lösungen hast. - Deinen Wohnsitz in der Region Berlin hast oder umzugsbereit bist. - Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Know-how inklusive GuV-Verantwortung mit einer klaren Hands-on-Mentalität kombinierst.
