Make Your Mark as a Reliability Engineer at Storio group

About the role.

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our production team and help optimize our machinery operations. In this role, you will analyze the lifecycle of our equipment, evaluate how we manage asset maintenance, and prevent potential downtime before it happens. You will work closely with operational teams to keep our production running safely and smoothly across our plant.

When failures do occur, you will advise the team on how to respond quickly and effectively. You will use data and engineering risk methodologies to develop preventive maintenance strategies, establish inspection criteria, and protect our business from performance losses. Your work directly impacts our operational efficiency and the continuous delivery of personalized products to our customers.

How you embrace curiosity daily.

- Analyze statistical data, performance losses, and cost drivers to predict equipment failures and uncover improvement opportunities.

- Facilitate root cause analysis using techniques like FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and PHA for complex machinery issues.

- Test new ideas and support machine trials to optimize process performance and material changes.

- Review preventive maintenance programs and recommend technical updates to increase machinery availability.

- Assess the technical feasibility of proposed changes from procurement and operational teams.

- Explore innovative ways to streamline maintenance approaches while cutting overall operational costs.

How you make your mark.

- Maximize equipment availability and reliability while lowering maintenance costs across the plant.

- Develop effective maintenance strategies and clear standard operating procedures for autonomous maintenance.

- Lead cross-functional improvement teams to solve persistent technical problems and boost site productivity.

- Support capital investment projects to ensure new equipment meets strict maintainability standards and spare part requirements.

- Conduct risk assessments to maintain full compliance with statutory inspection requirements, safety guidelines, and product quality standards.

What you bring to the team.

- Strong experience as a reliability engineer or production specialist in a manufacturing environment.

- Deep knowledge of reliability engineering techniques including FMEA, FTA, PHA, and criticality analysis.

- Proven ability to facilitate root cause analysis and resolve complex technical equipment failures.

- Practical background in developing preventive maintenance strategies, SOPs, and machine inspection criteria.

- Hands-on experience supporting new machine installations, engineering trials, and capital projects.

- Strong communication skills to guide production teams and collaborate on safety and quality standards.

- Experience applying maintainability analysis within high-volume automated production settings.

- Degree or formal qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering.
