About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate/Senior Research Associate with cell biology, assay development and screening experience to join our growing Biology team. The successful candidate is curious, self-driven and looking to expand their existing proficiencies in cell biology, assay development and screening to contribute to drug discovery programs. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine mammalian cell culture and maintain mammalian cell lines. - Execute routine cell-based assays to support early-stage drug discovery programs. - Under the guidance of the manager, assist with the development and optimization of new cell-based assays for screening. - Generate, analyze, document, and upload experimental data to company databases in a timely and accurate manner. - Ensure compliance with established laboratory practices, SOPs, and company policies, including both wet lab and electronic data management requirements.
