You will be in charge of researching and implementing ideas around making agents collaborate together. You will play a key role in designing the next generation of discovery engines. You will: - Investigate how research agents can work together to achieve a predetermined goal, and iterate quickly on these research ideas. - Design and run experiments to improve the capabilities and efficiency of our system. - Work together with our team of research engineers and leadership to align technical advances with product and business objectives. - Stay at the forefront of developments in AI agents, language models, search, optimisation, and automated discovery. ## Qualifications - Having a PhD in Maths/CS/EE or related field, with a good track-record of publications. - Having contributed to/started open source projects, demonstrating strong software engineering skills with experience building complex systems in Python. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across research and engineering disciplines.
