The role involves supporting internal staffing, coordinating onboarding processes, tracking resource availability, and maintaining accurate resource information. This is a six-month internship with an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements. ## Key Responsibilities 1. Resource Management - Maintain real-time visibility of resource availability and allocation. - Collaborate with delivery and business units to fulfil staffing needs based on project requirements. - Track and manage utilization, ensuring optimal workforce productivity. - Conduct periodic resource forecasting and capacity planning. 1.
