Fleetch possède une flotte de plusieurs centaines de véhicules opérés en VTC par des chauffeurs en location ou en Drive to Own (travaillé-payé). Nous possédons des véhicules Suzuki et une cinquantaine de véhicules électriques.

Contexte

Fleetch crée à Abidjan un Centre de Contrôle et d'Opérations. Sa mission : suivre en temps réel les balises GPS de la flotte, faire respecter les règles de circulation (zone autorisée, kilométrage, vitesse), bloquer les véhicules quand c'est nécessaire et les récupérer rapidement sur le terrain.

Ton rôle

Tu construis et tu diriges le Centre de Contrôle. Tu encadres l'analyste contrôle et les agents d'intervention, et tu coordonnes toutes les interventions terrain.

Tes missions

- Piloter le centre : organiser les plannings (7j/7, astreintes), fixer les priorités, faire appliquer les procédures.

- Superviser les alertes GPS (Fleeti, Mapping Control) : balise désactivée, sortie de zone, excès de vitesse, kilométrage, stationnement hors zone.

- Valider les blocages de véhicules, toujours à l'arrêt et en sécurité.

- Coordonner les interventions : envoyer les agents sur place et suivre la récupération des véhicules jusqu'au parc.

- Gérer les cas difficiles avec les équipes Opérations : chauffeurs récidivistes, litiges, sanctions.

- Suivre les résultats : reporting hebdomadaire (délais d'intervention, balises actives, packs kilométriques vendus) et propositions d'amélioration.

Profil recherché

- Bac+3 minimum (logistique, transport, gestion, sécurité ou équivalent)

- 3 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de flotte, entreprise de sécurité, centre de supervision, sécurité ou opérations terrain

- Expérience en management d'équipe

- À l'aise avec les outils de géolocalisation et Excel / Google Sheets

- Très bonne connaissance d'Abidjan

- Rigueur, fermeté, calme sous pression

- Permis B obligatoire
