Fleetch est une entreprise franco-ivoirienne et a pour mission de proposer la location de véhicules à des chauffeurs professionnels. La mission de l'équipe est d'optimiser la gestion de la flotte et l'activité des chauffeurs sur les véhicules.

Ton rôle : Rattaché(e) au Manager Marketing et en collaboration avec le Formateur Moniteur de Conduite (véhicule particulier), votre rôle est de garantir le niveau d'excellence de la conduite et du comportement routier des candidats avant l'assignation des véhicules. Évaluation dynamique de la conduite : Réaliser des tests pratiques rigoureux sur route (sessions individuelles de 20 minutes max) pour évaluer la maîtrise du véhicule, le respect du code de la route et la sécurité. Évaluation comportementale : Examiner la courtoisie, la gestion du stress, le civisme et l'attitude professionnelle du candidat au volant. Validation opérationnelle : Émettre un avis technique impartial et valider (ou refuser) l'aptitude opérationnelle du candidat avant transmission au pôle Assignation. Incarnation des standards : Représenter l'image de l’entreprise Fleetch et l'exigence de sécurité de l'entreprise auprès des futurs chauffeurs. Ce poste est fait pour toi si : Diplôme / Certification : Certificat ou attestation de Moniteur d'Auto-École / Formateur à la conduite délivré par un organisme agréé (SOTRA) Permis de conduire : Permis B en cours de validité depuis au moins 5 ans Expérience : Expérience réussie et probante en tant que moniteur d'auto-école, habitué à former et évaluer un volume important d'élèves / chauffeurs. Les qualités attendues pour ce poste sont : Maîtrise irréprochable du Code de la Route et de la sécurité routière. Capacité à détecter le potentiel et les mauvaises habitudes de conduite en moins de 20 minutes. Impartialité stricte, pédagogie et excellent sens du relationnel. Sang-froid, patience et résistance au stress.

Qu'est-ce qui t'attend ? Si votre candidature est sélectionnée, le processus se déroulera en trois étapes :

1- Un premier entretien avec un des responsables (CODIR). 2- Une rencontre avec la Country Manager. 3- Un test de conduite sera effectué.
