Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? Dans un environnement de forte croissance, et afin de répondre aux objectifs de scalabilité et de satisfaction client, mais aussi de poursuivre notre mission sociale d’accessibilité à l’emploi au plus grand nombre, nous ouvrons un poste de Responsable RH et Recrutement en implant basé au Coudray-Montceaux en CDI, à pourvoir en septembre.

Vos missions: En travaillant en équipe au sein de notre agence dédiée et hébergée au coeur du site de notre client, vous représentez Gojob auprès des intérimaires en poste, des candidats et des équipes opérationnelles. Vous serez autonome tout en ayant le support de l'équipe et de tous nos outils internes.

En contact avec les équipes opérationnelles, vous recueillez les besoins de recrutement du client afin de répondre à leurs objectifs de production. Vous identifiez les candidats les plus adaptés pour répondre aux besoins grâce aux outils à votre disposition (Base de donnée candidats internes, job-boards, CVthèques, etc….). Vous évaluez les candidats en entretien physique. Vous assurez l’intégration de vos nouveaux intérimaires sur le site. Vous accompagnez nos Gojobbers tout au long de leur mission.

Votre profil: Formation BAC +2 minimum en RH, Commerce, Logistique ou Industrie Vous justifiez d'une expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans laquelle vous avez développé des compétences en recrutement, idéalement en travail temporaire. Vous savez vous adapter facilement et êtes aussi à l’aise pour interagir avec nos intérimaires qu’avec les équipes de notre client. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et polyvalent.
