Une mission vraiment unique Ce poste ne ressemble à aucun autre chez Gojob. Basé à Paris vous ne serez pas rattaché à un seul site, ni à une seule région. Vous serez notre force de frappe 100% mobile : déployé là où le besoin est le plus fort, au bon moment, avec la capacité de monter en puissance en quelques heures. Concrètement, vous passerez quasi 100% de votre temps sur le terrain, en itinérance permanente sur l'ensemble du territoire français (le permis B est donc obligatoire). Votre rôle : garantir la continuité et la montée en puissance des implants Gojob dans deux situations critiques — le lancement d'un nouvel implant, et les pics d'activité sur les implants existants. Vos responsabilités

1. Lancement d'implants Préparer et structurer le démarrage opérationnel d'un nouvel implant (process, outils, sourcing, onboarding client) Être le référent Gojob sur site pendant la phase de lancement, jusqu'à ce que l'équipe dédiée soit autonome Incarner les standards Gojob auprès du client et poser les bases d'une relation durable Former et accompagner les collaborateurs implant nouvellement recrutés
2. Renfort sur pics d'activité Rejoindre en urgence un implant existant lors d'une hausse soudaine de volume (saisonnalité, nouveau marché, départ d'un collaborateur) Absorber les recrutements et la gestion des intérimaires en soutien de l'équipe en place Garantir le maintien du niveau de service et de la satisfaction client dans les périodes de tension
3. Amélioration continue Identifier les best practices terrain et les faire remonter à la direction des opérations Contribuer à l'optimisation des process et des outils implant en vous appuyant sur les situations variées rencontrées Être force de proposition sur les irritants récurrents observés lors des missions Votre profil H/F : Expérience Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'implant ou de chargé de recrutement en agence de travail temporaire, idéalement avec gestion en autonomie Expérience dans des environnements à fort volume (logistique, industrie, grande distribution) appréciée Capacité démontrée à monter en puissance rapidement dans des contextes nouveaux Vous êtes très à l'aise avec le volet digital Savoir-être — le plus important Autonomie absolue : vous gérez seul une situation nouvelle dans les premières heures, sans avoir besoin d'être accompagné pas à pas Adaptabilité : chaque mission est différente — secteur, client, équipe, culture. Vous vous intégrez vite et vous vous adaptez plus vite encore Esprit collectif : vous arrivez en renfort, jamais en donneur de leçons. Vous savez travailler en soutien d'une équipe sans la déstabiliser Fibre commerciale : vous comprenez que derrière chaque implant, il y a un client à satisfaire et une relation à construire Ce que nous vous offrons :
