Dans ce contexte d’accélération, le Groupe recrute un/une Revenue Ops afin de construire le processus et les opérations entourant la sécurisation et la prévision du chiffre d’affaires. Votre mission est de rendre la croissance du chiffre d’affaires mesurable, prévisible et actionnable.

Votre Mission

Rattaché(e) au CFO, vous serez garant d’une coordination efficace et d’un alignement stratégique fort entre les équipes Sales, Marketing et Delivery sur la base exclusive de données rigoureuses et savamment analysées.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique et agile au sein d’une société en transformation où vous devrez faire preuve de polyvalence et être force de proposition afin de contribuer à l’avancement d’un vaste panel de missions tels que :

- Business Partner des équipes Sales et Marketing
- Construction et animation du processus de Revenue Ops avec les équipes Sales ;
- Mise en place des dashboards (funnel, ARR, churn, pipe review), analyses et KPI d’une activité hybride Produit et Conseil ;
- Structuration et optimisation de l’ensemble du cycle de vente client en apportant de la clarté et un partage efficace de l’information à tous les niveaux ;
- Contribution à l’élaboration de la stratégie commerciale
- Financial Planning
- Acteur clé des processus financiers en lien avec le chiffre d’affaire : Budgets, rolling forecasts, BP etc ;
- Interlocuteur financier clé des équipes Marketing et Sales ;
- Production de supports et analyses à destination des équipes opérationnelles, des dirigeants et des investisseurs du Groupe.
- Data & Process Owner
- Administration et optimisation de l’écosystème d’outils Revenue (HubSpot) dans un contexte de croissance avec la perspective d’intégration de nouvelles entités ;
- Renforcement de la cohérence, de l’automatisation et de la fiabilité des données entre les systèmes (CRM x ERP) ;
- Mise en place et enrichissement des livrables (dashboard, reportings, outils) pour accompagner la prise de décision ;
- Documentation des processus liés au Revenu.

Profil Recherché

- Bac +5 diplômé/e d’une grande école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou grande université (spécialisation finance/business/commercial)
- Première expérience d’au moins 5 ans en Sales ou Revenue Operations
- Un fort esprit analytique et de l’inventivité seront des prérequis pour capturer et traduire la donnée disponible en analyses stratégiques et actionnables
- Rigueur et proactivité seront nécessaires pour le déploiement des processus à réaliser
- Notions et curiosité attendues sur les outils d’automatisation ainsi que l’IA appliquée à la Finance et au traitement de la donnée
- Expérience concrète dans la gestion d’un CRM et des outils liés aux revenus (idéalement HubSpot)
- Maîtrise d’Excel / Google Sheets à un niveau avancé
