Our technology connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers. Our mission is clear: to build a world where everything works at its best, ensuring every employee gets the support they need to thrive, both at work and beyond. ## Your Mission As our RevOps Associate, you will own the tooling and the data that let Ben scale in enterprise, and help build an intelligent go-to-market motion on top of them. That motion holds up as we grow when HubSpot is our source of truth: clean data, working workflows, dashboards people trust, and a handoff from marketing to sales that works. You will work closely with sales, marketing and customer success. Our sales leaders will rely on you for the numbers they make decisions on, and you'll have the freedom to design the tooling yourself. Things you will be working on… - Make HubSpot the source of truth: Run regular data hygiene: dedupe records, fix broken properties, enrich missing fields and catch problems before they hit a report. Manage user access and permissions. - Get every lead to the right seller: Build and maintain the workflows, lead scoring and routing that move a lead from marketing to sales, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. - Give sales leaders numbers they can forecast on: Create and update HubSpot reports and dashboards for pipeline, win rates and deal stage progression. Pull the weekly numbers and flag anything that looks off. Pitch in on forecasting, territory planning and lead-to-revenue improvements alongside senior team members. - Own our tooling: Be the first port of call for our tooling (Hubspot, Apollo, Airspeed and Nooks), set up users, troubleshoot sync issues and check the team uses the tools properly. - Write the playbook our GTM hires learn from: Keep our sales process and HubSpot documentation up to date. Help onboard new GTM hires on our tools and pipeline process. - Build an intelligent go-to-market motion: Use AI to cut manual admin, speed up enrichment and make reporting faster. Then go further: test where AI can make our routing and lead scoring smarter, and ship the experiments that prove themselves. You will love this role if you have… - 1–2 years hands-on in a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce: In RevOps, sales ops, marketing ops, or a marketing or commercial role, where you built workflows, cleaned up records and made reports. - Confident in Excel or Google Sheets: You use pivot tables, lookups and clean formulas. - Built and experimented with AI: You've built with AI to automate parts of your own work, you check what it gives you before it goes anywhere, and you can show us what you built. - Worked closely with sales on their data: You've traced a number that looked off back to its cause, and explained a data problem to a salesperson so they acted on it. - Nice to have: A commercial background in a B2B team, HubSpot certifications, experience with sales tools like Apollo, Gong, Cognism or Clay, and basic SQL or a BI tool like Looker or Tableau. Why join us? - Own the tooling and the data: Take the lead on HubSpot and the sales stack at a scale-up backed by leading investors, as we grow in enterprise. - A wide remit to build and shape: Design the workflows, lead scoring, routing and reporting yourself, and shape how our go-to-market motion runs. - Mentorship from GTM leaders: Learn from the leaders across sales, marketing and customer success you'll work with every day. The company is on a mission to turn global benefits complexity into clarity. ## Products & Services - **Ben Platform (AI-native)**: A unified, single-codebase platform for managing global employee benefits. It replaces fragmented, multi-system approaches with one programme across every market, offering local flexibility built in. Features include an eligibility rules engine, multi-entity configuration, regional policy management, payroll reconciliation, global spend dashboards, segmented utilisation reports, and CFO-ready exports. - **Ben Allowance**: A flexible benefits perk for employees, providing a monthly allowance (starting at £100, increasing with tenure up to £250 per month) to spend on whatever benefits they choose. - **Data & Insights Module**: Provides live data on programme cost, delivery, and utilisation — designed to give CFOs and HR leaders actionable analytics without manual spreadsheet work. - **Mobile-first Employee Experience**: A mobile-first interface that gives employees clear, plain-language access to their benefits on any device, with no corporate email required. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not publicly disclosed - **Key Metric**: Raised $16M in Series A funding; manages tens of millions in benefits spend for customers across 140+ countries - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Not explicitly named in source materials, but the company is ISO 27001:2022 certified, GDPR compliant (as both data controller and processor), and holds Cyber Essentials, FSQS, and NIST CSF + CIS certifications. The platform supports SSO via SAML 2.0 and OIDC. - **Growth Signals**: The company has grown from 11 customers and 10 employees (2021) to 113 customers and 46 employees (2023), and then to 162 customers, 93 employees, and over 50,000 users (2024). It now has over 100 employees and 373 total employees listed on Built In. The company opened its first London office in 2022 and currently has two offices. ## Competitive Advantages - **AI-native, single-codebase architecture**: Unlike legacy competitors that rely on patchwork systems across markets, Ben runs on one unified platform with no legacy debt, enabling AI that catches errors before they reach payroll. - **Enterprise-grade security and compliance**: ISO 27001:2022 certified with zero non-conformities at last audit; GDPR compliant as both data controller and processor; NIST CSF + CIS mapped; Cyber Essentials and FSQS certified. - **Global coverage, local flexibility**: Supports enterprises operating across 140+ countries with built-in local compliance, eligibility rules, and multi-entity configuration. - **Data-driven insights for CFOs**: Provides live, consolidated data on programme spend and utilisation — not spreadsheet exports — making it defensible in finance meetings. ## Strategic Focus - **Global expansion**: Scaling the platform to serve enterprises in more markets while maintaining a unified experience. - **AI-driven automation**: Continuing to embed AI into the platform to automate compliance, error detection, and recommendations. - **Employee engagement**: Driving utilisation and satisfaction through a mobile-first, consumer-grade employee experience. - **Enterprise procurement readiness**: Maintaining and expanding security certifications to meet the procurement requirements of financial services and other regulated industries. ## Why Work Here - **Culture**: The company describes itself as building a culture that encourages cross-team collaboration, socialising, and a sense of inclusion and belonging. Employee-led clubs (book club, running club, climbing club) and quarterly team social budgets are part of the culture. - **Work model**: Hybrid (with offices in London); employees can work from anywhere for a limited time each year. - **Benefits for employees**: Every employee gets a monthly Ben Allowance (£100–£250/month) to spend flexibly on their own benefits. UK employees get comprehensive Private Medical Insurance (fully funded by Ben), life insurance, and assisted reproduction support. Weekly lunches are provided in-office and for remote teams. There are regular all-company events and a "Ben Buddies" random pairing programme with a budget for coffee/lunch. - **Learning**: A programme of breakfast and learn sessions with internal and external speakers. - **Engineering culture**: The company is building a modern, AI-native platform with no legacy debt, which is likely appealing to engineers who want to work on greenfield-style problems. ## Sources 1.
