Du übernimmst Verantwortung für operative Billing-Prozesse und treibst eigene RevOps-Projekte voran – von Prozessdokumentation über Automatisierung bis hin zu nachhaltigen Lösungen operativer Bottlenecks. Über Nelly Wir bauen das AI-Driven Financial Operating System für das europäische Gesundheitswesen und lösen so die größten Herausforderungen für Patient:innen und Praxen. Deine Rolle bei Nelly: - Billing Operations steuern: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Billing-Prozesse korrekt, pünktlich und reibungslos laufen – für interne GTM-Teams und unsere Kund:innen. - Automatisierung vorantreiben: Du identifizierst manuelle, repetitive Prozesse und hilfst, sie mit AI-, No-Code- oder Low-Code-Tools effizienter zu machen. - RevOps-Projekte umsetzen: Du übernimmst klar definierte Projekte end-to-end und entwickelst skalierbare Lösungen statt kurzfristiger Quick Fixes. - Prozesse dokumentieren: Du hältst Workflows, Automatisierungslogiken und Prozesswissen strukturiert fest, um Transparenz und Wissenstransfer im Team sicherzustellen. - Bottlenecks lösen: Du erkennst operative Engpässe im GTM-System und bringst strukturierte Lösungsvorschläge ein.
