We exist to help communities, organizations, and businesses thrive by delivering software solutions tailored to their unique needs. With our new headquarters on South Congress in Austin, TX, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. We work hard and play hard. We love our customers, we innovate with purpose, and we won't stop until we've delighted every client across the diverse ecosystem we serve. ## About This Role TogetherWork is seeking a Revenue Systems Manager to take full ownership of our internal Salesforce and go-to-market technology ecosystem. This is intentionally not a Salesforce Administrator role — we're not looking for someone who simply executes literal requirements from a ticket queue. We need a builder and translator: someone who can take an ambiguous business problem from Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success and turn it into the right technical solution largely on their own judgment. You'll own day-to-day operations for a 300+ user Salesforce org and the broader GTM tech stack, with real autonomy over configuration and delivery decisions. You'll report to and partner closely with our Senior Manager of Revenue Systems, our Salesforce Architect — operating independently day to day, with strategic alignment from Revenue Operations leadership rather than approval on every decision. This is a role for someone who wants to help shape systems architecture and roadmap, not just maintain what already exists. ## What You'll Do - Own the Revenue Systems/CRM capability day to day, driving the maintenance, enhancement, and scaling of our Salesforce org and broader GTM technology ecosystem - Provide substantial input into systems design and major solution decisions, helping shape the systems roadmap and prioritization - Define standards, governance frameworks, and automation approaches that guide how Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems are built, integrated, and maintained - Oversee Salesforce operations for 300+ users — including error resolution, user management, and performance optimization - Independently scope, design, and execute Salesforce enhancements — from small configuration changes to cross-functional projects — owning delivery end-to-end - Lead the internal Salesforce support queue, triaging and resolving end-user requests quickly and effectively - Serve as the primary systems resource to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, translating business needs into technical solutions - Participate in requirement-gathering sessions for new integrations and automation initiatives - Ensure data accuracy and system reliability through proactive monitoring, audits, and optimization - Drive continuous improvement through analysis of system performance, data structure, and automation - Own prioritization and delivery of the Salesforce and GTM systems project portfolio, in strategic alignment with Revenue Operations leadership ## What You'll Bring - 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a SaaS environment; Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred - Experience in a SaaS company, ideally private equity-backed, with a background in revenue operations, sales operations, or Salesforce architecture - 2+ years of experience with a marketing automation tool integrated with Salesforce (HubSpot preferred) - 2+ years administering or power-using GTM tools such as rep engagement, scheduling, or outreach platforms - Deep understanding of relational databases, data management, and integration tools - Working knowledge of programming languages such as SOQL, SQL, JavaScript, Java, or Apex (preferred) - Demonstrated ability to own Salesforce and broader GTM systems projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering through deployment — with minimal oversight, including experience shaping systems architecture and roadmap decisions - Strong ability to translate ambiguous business requests into clear technical solutions — this is a communication-first role, not a ticket-taking one - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to keep pace in conversation with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Self-starter who takes initiative and performs well with limited direction, while respecting existing systems leadership and architecture decisions - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred ## Why This Role - Impact: Own the systems that power Togetherwork's entire go-to-market motion — every deal, campaign, and customer handoff runs through infrastructure you build and maintain. - Challenge: Take on genuine architectural and operational ownership of a 300+ user Salesforce org and our broader GTM technology ecosystem. - Ownership: Drive priorities, configuration, and delivery decisions directly, partnering closely with our Salesforce Architect on major solution design — without needing approval on every call. - Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems. The Company offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance options - 100% Employer paid short/long term disability - 100% employer-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% company match up to 4% - Flexible paid personal/vacation time built on mutual trust and accountability - 10 sick days annually - 10 company paid holidays - 12 weeks paid parental leave Inclusion and Diversity TogetherWork is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
