Physische KI kann nicht nur mit Daten aus dem Internet trainiert werden. Roboter müssen Fähigkeiten in der echten Welt lernen – indem sie beobachten, mit ihrer Umgebung interagieren und echte Aufgaben ausführen. Genau darum geht es bei NEURA Gym: Ein weltweites Netzwerk von Trainingszentren, in denen Roboter industrielle Aufgaben direkt von erfahrenen Menschen lernen, die diese Prozesse in- und auswendig kennen.

Als Robot Operator arbeitest du direkt mit den verschiedenen Robotern von NEURA Robotics (unter anderem mit dem modernen humanoiden Roboter 4NE1). Du hilfst dabei, reale Daten zu sammeln, mit denen unsere KI trainiert wird. Durch Teleoperation, Tests und das Einrichten der Roboter trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Roboter immer intelligenter und leistungsfähiger werden.

## DAS MACHST DU

- Du steuerst die Roboter von NEURA per Teleoperation und führst echte Aufgaben aus.
- Du trägst Motion-Capture-Equipment und führst vorgegebene Bewegungen und Abläufe nach Projektvorgaben aus.
- Du führst strukturierte Datensammlungen durch, damit hochwertige Trainingsdaten für unsere KI entstehen.
- Du richtest Roboter ein, kalibrierst sie und bereitest sie für Tests und Demos vor.
- Du beobachtest die Leistung der Roboter, arbeitest eng mit den Servicetechnikern vor Ort zusammen, löst Probleme und dokumentierst deine Beobachtungen.
- Du arbeitest mit KI- und Robotik-Ingenieuren zusammen, um unsere Roboter weiter zu verbessern.
