We are deploying this technology to factories and warehouses across America, and are growing our team to support 24-7 operations. This is an operational role - perfect for someone who is looking to get involved with technology and join a fast-moving startup. In this role, you will work to keep the robots in the field happy and healthy. Your responsibilities include: - Instructing robots via a web-based portal - Responding to customer support calls and resolving technical issues - Learning protocols for diagnosing and solving robot issues - Tracking robot performance and providing feedback to engineering - Reporting bugs and testing new features This role is shift-based and requires regular weekend coverage. Shift 1: 6:30am – 3:30pm Shift 2: 3pm – 11pm Shift 3: 11pm – 7am (Overnight) Shift 4: 11am – 7pm (Sat–Weds) We have weekend and holiday operations, which mean you will be scheduled for at least one weekend day and holidays (as needed).
