Dafür führst du die komplette NeuraGym-Pipeline durch – von Teleoperation, Datenannotation und Training über Simulation und Deployment bis hin zur Validierung – und passt sie an reale Robotik-Anwendungen an. Du definierst die Datenstrategie, die ein erfolgreiches Fine-Tuning ermöglicht, und verantwortest den gesamten Post-Training-Prozess inklusive Hyperparameter-Iterationen, Datenmischung, LoRA und einer ehrlichen Evaluation. - Hands-on Robotik: Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Engineering-Teams zusammen, um die nächste Generation intelligenter, KI-gesteuerter Robotersysteme zu entwickeln, aufzubauen und zu optimieren. - Customer Enablement & Support: Du unterstützt und onboardest Nutzer bei der Arbeit mit NeuraGym.
