## DEINE AUFGABEN & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Entwicklung von Cognitive-Robotics-Anwendungen: Du treibst die Entwicklung von Anwendungen für kognitive Robotik mit Physical AI und der NeuraGym-Plattform voran.
- Training & Fine-Tuning modernster Modelle: Du bringst Foundation Models in die Produktion und machst daraus einsatzbereite Robotik-Intelligenz. Dafür führst du die komplette NeuraGym-Pipeline durch – von Teleoperation, Datenannotation und Training über Simulation und Deployment bis hin zur Validierung – und passt sie an reale Robotik-Anwendungen an. Du definierst die Datenstrategie, die ein erfolgreiches Fine-Tuning ermöglicht, und verantwortest den gesamten Post-Training-Prozess inklusive Hyperparameter-Iterationen, Datenmischung, LoRA und einer ehrlichen Evaluation.
- Hands-on Robotik: Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Engineering-Teams zusammen, um die nächste Generation intelligenter, KI-gesteuerter Robotersysteme zu entwickeln, aufzubauen und zu optimieren.
- Customer Enablement & Support: Du unterstützt und onboardest Nutzer bei der Arbeit mit NeuraGym. Dabei überprüfst du Trainingspipelines und Skripte, erkennst Probleme bei der Datenqualität, analysierst das Modellverhalten und hilfst praktisch dabei, hartnäckige Blocker zu lösen.
- Zusammenarbeit über Teams hinweg: Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den Cloud- und AI-Teams und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit, technische Abstimmung und effiziente Problemlösung über verschiedene Bereiche hinweg.
- Feedback zwischen Produkt und Research: Du übersetzt deine Erfahrungen aus dem praktischen Einsatz und das Feedback von Kunden in konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge für die NeuraGym-Produkt-Roadmap und die Neura-Core-AI-Roadmap.

## WAS DU MITBRINGST

- Masterabschluss in Informatik, Robotik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Machine Learning in der Robotik – stark in mindestens einem der Bereiche vision-basierte Manipulation, Reinforcement Learning / Imitation Learning oder multimodale Modelle – und Lust, dir die anderen Bereiche anzueignen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Fine-Tuning großer vortrainierter Modelle für Robotik oder andere Anwendungsbereiche: PEFT/LoRA und Full Fine-Tuning, Dataset Curation, Distillation und Evaluation. Erfahrung mit dem Open-VLA- und Policy-Learning-Ökosystem (z. B. π0/π0.5, OpenVLA, LeRobot, Diffusion Policies) ist ein großes Plus
- Gute Python-Kenntnisse (C++ ist ein Plus) sowie praktische Erfahrung mit PyTorch oder TensorFlow
- Du arbeitest gerne direkt mit echter Roboter-Hardware und der dazugehörigen Middleware
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure oder GCP) und Robotik-Simulationstools (z. B. IsaacSim, MuJoCo) ist ein Plus
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu bearbeiten
- Starker Fokus auf Umsetzung und ein hohes persönliches Commitment: Du nimmst Deployments persönlich, bleibst auch bei Rückschlägen dran und misst deinen Erfolg daran, was tatsächlich beim Kunden läuft
