Powered by Promise Robotics' transformative production lines for timber-based panelized construction, the new facility enables our group of homebuilding partners to significantly increase the capacity and speed of home production within the fast-growing region of Pheonix, AZ. What you will do: - Review Production drawings to ensure they meet the expected quality and accuracy for production. - Routine operation of robotic equipment with the ability to execute production cycles from end to end, from the designed HMI and/or the robot teach pendants (where applicable), recovering from common faults as required - Follow, maintain and improve standards of operations in automatic and manual workstations - Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met and exceeded. - Conduct Quality Control on final products and record observations to review with R&D team. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and efficiency. - Implement and monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements. - Assist in implementing product roadmap initiatives - Assist in developing production procedures and standards - Oversee maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. - Promote knowledge sharing among team members and departments to foster a culture of learning and growth. - Other duties as assigned.
