We have raised equity financing from top tier investors including: Firstmark, Accomplice, Revolution Growth, Navitas and Juxtapose. ## About the Role Orchard Title is hiring a full-time RON (Remote Online Notarization) Notary Specialist for a high-volume signing operation.The majority of your work will be HELOC loan closings, with exposure to other package types as our signing volume grows. The ideal candidate is a certified, experienced RON notary who is comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume day and takes pride in catching errors before they become funding delays. This is a full time role that will report into the Title Operations Lead. What You'll Do Here: - Conduct RON closings, primarily HELOC loan package, along with other real estate and loan package types as assigned - Verify signer identity and review packages for completeness before/during signing - Review each package for completeness before and during signing — catch missing fields, incorrect entries, or missing signers before they become a re-sign - Maintain a consistent, high daily signing pace - Escalate unresolved package issues per procedure - Complete package-specific training We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have: - NNA Certified Signing Agent - Active RON certification, notary in good standing - Demonstrated experience closing loan signings, ideally HELOC or other residential mortgage products - Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume days - Strong attention to detail - Passion for innovation and are comfortable with change The pay range for this position is $50,000/year base salary.
