Als Sachbearbeiter Administration & Logistik sind Sie für die reibungslose Organisation administrativer Abläufe sowie die Koordination logistischer Prozesse verantwortlich. Sie unterstützen die täglichen Betriebsabläufe und sorgen für einen effizienten Waren- und Informationsfluss.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Administrative Aufgaben:

- Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Unterstützung.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumenten, Berichten und Statistiken.
- Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System (Netsuite).
- Terminplanung und Koordination interner Abläufe.
- Dokumentenmanagement.
- Eigenständiges Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumenten.
- Mitarbeit bei CE sowie ISO-Zertifizierungen und Audits.

Logistische Aufgaben:

- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Warenein- und -ausgängen.
- Unterstützung beim Bereitstellen der benötigten Produktionskomponenten.
- Organisation und Prüfung nationaler und internationaler Transporte.
- Bestandskontrolle sowie Unterstützung bei Inventuren.
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung und deren Qualität.
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung logistischer Prozesse.

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition & Logistik.
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Administration und/oder Logistik sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Netsuite) ist wünschenswert.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache.
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung.
- Gute mündliche Kommunikations- und Zuhörfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Vorgesetzten und Kollegen zu kommunizieren.
