Safety Manager The Safety Manager (SM) is responsible for leading workplace safety initiatives across Hillpointe's apartment communities, construction projects, operational facilities, and office environments. This position focuses on reducing workplace injuries, mitigating operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting fire and life safety programs. The Safety Manager serves as a regional resource for incident response, safety training, inspections, compliance oversight, and risk reduction efforts.
