- 打造 Polène 客户体验
- 主动提升转化率，让每一位顾客都感到受欢迎、被重视并愿意再次光临
- 在整个购买过程中为顾客提供建议和协助，从迎接到送别均保持高标准服务
- 针对客户需求提供个性化的购物体验，展现 Polène 的品牌形象
- 掌握并推广附加销售及售后服务

1. 收银与其他任务

- 管理收银开闭及交易处理
- 跟进客户 CRM，参与撰写门店日报
- 确保店铺维护：陈列、销售区环境，以及协助库存团队进行整理与盘点

1. 门店开闭店管理

- 开店前准备：灯光、设备、音乐、陈列检查、补充购物袋
- 闭店程序：清点现金并上交、发送日报、关闭灯光与设备、根据库存调整陈列、整理物料

岗位要求

- 至少 2 年类似岗位经验，接待过国际高端客户（奢侈品/皮具行业优先）
- 对产品、工艺和皮具艺术有高度敏感度，能够与客户分享热情
- 具备团队合作精神，能够积极融入团队并给予支持
