WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force

Area(s) of Responsibility

- Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
- Coordinate Nonconforming Material process

Essential Functions

Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP

- Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times
- Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
- Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report
- Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists
- Order changes and problem resolution
- Create service orders and request service and testing quotes
- Create RMA’s and link orders
- Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records

## Preferred skills & experience

- 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Additional Details

- Working hours: Mon - Friday
- Candidates must be willing to work assigned shift schedules to support sales operations across APAC and EMEA. Typical working hours will be either:
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, or
- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST

Shift assignments may be staggered across team members and adjusted based on business requirements.

Work Location: MG Road, Bengaluru (Central Business District)
