## Job description

Lala Automotive Philippines Inc. known with its brand name, Lalamove Automotive (Lala Auto) is one of the Lala brands under the on-demand delivery platform, Lalamove, in the Philippines. We are a trusted partner in driving limitless possibilities by offering vehicle financing options to help interested Lalamove Operators and Drivers to start a profitable on-demand delivery business.

Our brand is currently looking for a Sales Associate who is highly motivated and self-driven to join our auto sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.

What you'll do:

- Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators

- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release

- Clearly explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements

- Actively participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities

- Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals

- Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience

What we seek:

- Strong communication and people skills

- Confidence in selling and handling objections

- Willingness to work weekends (especially for roadshows and peak leads)

- Resilience, discipline, and a results-driven mindset

- Basic knowledge of sales processes or customer service (a plus, not required)

What you'll need:

- Comfortable with on-ground, field-based sales work
