The team is small, senior, and ships fast. ## THE ROLE As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be on the forefront of driving Footprint's growth by generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and engagement. This role is for someone hyper-focused on delivering results who understands that this often requires constant, independent process innovation. You'll work directly with our sales and growth team to build and execute top-of-funnel strategy, gaining deep exposure to the financial crime, compliance, and identity verification space. On a team this small, every contribution you make has a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory. You'll report directly to the Head of GTM Strategy. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead Generation: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound targeting banks and fintechs - Qualification: Engage prospects to understand their financial crime, fraud, KYC, and compliance pain points and determine fit with Footprint and Percy - Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and prioritize leads in HubSpot, keeping a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities - Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and growth team to refine messaging, sequences, and outreach strategy - Market Intelligence: Develop deep expertise in the financial crime, fraud, and identity landscape so you can articulate Footprint's value with credibility ## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience: 0–2 years of work experience, new grads encouraged to apply.
