## Job description

Are you a Sales Development Representative with a true hunter mindset? Join All-in-one AI platform and own the top of the funnel. You’ll research target accounts, run smart outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn, build interest, and book meetings that generate pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with AEs, marketing teams and use AI tools to prospect smarter and faster. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love building new business from zero, we’d love to talk.

Main responsibilities:

- Generate and prospect leads by researching target accounts and finding new sales opportunities
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to start conversations
- Qualify leads by digging into their needs and confirming fit with our product
- Book discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects for our Account Executives
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate activity logs, notes, and lead data
- Collaborate with account executives and marketing to align messaging and support campaigns
- Track your metrics, manage your pipeline, and contribute to overall pipeline growth
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and other events to establish connections with prospects.

Core requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- High level of coachability
- Strong interest in AI technologies
- Hunter mindset with strong customer-centric thinking
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, quickly growing company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and perseverance
- Time management and organizational skills.

Bonus points for:

- Experience in tech sales
- Hands-on use of CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Solid cold calling and LinkedIn outreach skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities.

Salary ranges: Gross salary is 1800 - 2700 EUR per month + variable.
