## Job description

💡 Mission Tu es au cœur de la réussite commerciale de Vizzia sur les sujets Dépôts sauvages et Sûreté / Vidéoprotection. Ton rôle : transformer des besoins clients complexes en solutions techniques claires, conformes et vendables, en accompagnant les commerciaux sur des cycles de vente exigeants (grands comptes, AO, terrain). Tu agis comme une référence technique de confiance, capable de sécuriser les deals, d’accélérer les décisions et de poser les bases de déploiements sans friction. En résumé, cette opportunité est :

📈 Responsabilités

- Accompagner les commerciaux sur leurs opportunités, en avant-vente technique et stratégique
- Concevoir des solutions de vidéo protection et dépôts sauvages (hardware, installation, contraintes terrain, exploitation)
- Cadrer les besoins clients à partir du moment où un besoin réel est identifié, en tenant compte des contraintes techniques, légales et opérationnelles
- Participer aux rendez-vous clients et visites terrain pour qualifier les contextes d’installation et sécuriser les choix techniques
- Être autonome sur les appels d’offres (AO) : analyse, réponse technique, conformité réglementaire
- Construire, défendre et ajuster les propositions techniques et le pricing avec les équipes commerciales
- Travailler en parallèle sur plusieurs projets : deals en cours, passations, suivi client, coordination interne
- Assurer des passations post-vente de qualité avec les équipes Opérations, Customer Success et Hardware
- Faire remonter les retours terrain pour contribuer à l’évolution du produit, dans un contexte de lancement et d’itération rapide
- Porter la responsabilité du go/no-go technique : rendre un verdict argumenté sur la faisabilité (go, go sous conditions, no-go) et assumer le refus lorsque la solution n'est pas livrable en l'état

👤 Profil recherché

- Expert·e en vidéo protection : CCTV, caméras, VMS, contraintes d’installation et de maintenance hardware
- Expérience significative dans des environnements terrain, intégrateurs, Saas ou équivalent
- Excellente maîtrise des contraintes légales et réglementaires liées à la vidéo protection
- Capacité à structurer et défendre une offre (technique + chiffrage) face à des interlocuteurs exigeants
- À l’aise avec les appels d’offres publics et les processus formalisés
- Fort esprit de proposition et d’ownership, capable de mener des projets en autonomie
- À l’aise dans un environnement en construction, avec un fort impact sur le produit et les méthodes

## Compensation

€75-€100K€ OTE. We remain flexible for exceptional profiles and experience.
