## Job description

Máte skúsenosti s aktívnym predajom a chcete si cez víkendy dobre privyrobiť?

Do eventového tímu PsíBufetu hľadáme Slovákov, ktorí môžu legálne pracovať v Českej republike a sú ochotní cestovať na eventy medzi Brnem a Bratislavou.

Nejde o pasívnu promo brigádu. Na eventoch budete predstavovať prémiové čerstvé krmivo pre psy a získavať nových zákazníkov pre pravidelné predplatné.

Čo vás čaká:

- aktívne oslovovanie zákazníkov na eventoch,
- predstavenie PsíBufetu a výhod čerstvého krmiva,
- práca s námietkami a uzatváranie predaja,
- pomoc zákazníkom s registráciou a objednávkou,
- plnenie stanovených predajných cieľov.

Eventy prebiehajú najčastejšie v Brně, Bratislave a ďalších mestách po celej ČR a SK, spravidla od štvrtka do nedele.

Náborový proces:

1. telefonický rozhovor (cca 15 minút),
2. pohovor so Sales Managerom (30–45 minút),
3. produktové a predajné školenie v Prahe.

Požadujeme:

- skúsenosti s aktívnym predajom a schopnosť preukázať konkrétne výsledky,
- schopnosť samostatne osloviť zákazníka a viesť obchodný rozhovor,
- schopnosť pracovať s námietkami a dotiahnuť obchod do konca,
- spoľahlivosť, komunikatívnosť a orientáciu na výsledky, pozitívny vzťah k psom,
- možnosť pracovať minimálne dva víkendy v mesiaci,
- možnosť legálne pracovať v ČR,
- ochotu cestovať na eventy do Bratislavy aj ďalších miest.

Výhodou sú skúsenosti z direct sales, field sales, promo akcií, telemarketingu, retailu, financií alebo realít.

Nabízíme:

- 220 Kč/h počas prvých troch mesiacov,
- po zaškolení 250 Kč/h,
- 500 Kč za každého nového zákazníka s uzatvoreným predplatným,
- provízie bez horného limitu,
- predajné súťaže a bonusy,
- plánovanie eventov približne mesiac dopredu,
- produktové a predajné zaškolenie.

Pri akciách vzdialených viac ako 100 km od Brna hradíme dopravu, ubytovanie a poskytujeme stravné 200 Kč na deň.
