Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce-focused business systems, engineering, or analyst role, including 3+ years leading solution design and delivery. - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration, with at least one active Salesforce certification (for example, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder). - 3+ years building custom Salesforce solutions with Apex and Lightning. - Delivered 3 or more integrations between Salesforce and external order management, ad server, or billing systems using REST, platform events, or middleware such as Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft. - 2+ years providing technical direction to or leading a team of 3 or more engineers or analysts. - Led end-to-end delivery of at least 2 large CRM or commercial-systems programs, from requirements through adoption. - Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and a proven track record of coaching teams on maintaining system understanding in an AI-first environment. - Working knowledge of ad-sales operations, including quote-to-cash, insertion orders, and delivery-to-billing reconciliation. - Nice to have: Salesforce Media Cloud or a media/advertising CRM data model; contract lifecycle management platforms (DocuSign, Ironclad); revenue and compliance controls (SOX); and familiarity with the broader ad-sales stack (order management, ad servers, and billing systems such as Zuora).
