You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of day‑to‑day school IT services, supporting staff, students, and visitors, and maintaining a reliable, high‑availability environment. Specific Duties - Provide face‑to‑face and remote support to students, staff, and visitors - Log, manage, and resolve ICT incidents within defined SLAs and KPIs - Deliver exceptional customer service at all times - Build, configure, and deploy end‑user devices for staff and students - Install and update applications on user devices - Support printers, projectors, and other school equipment - Complete administrative tasks including asset management and documentation - Support school events such as open evenings, parents' evenings, and other scheduled activities - Work collaboratively with other ICT engineers to maintain a reliable, high‑availability environment Typical working hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required based on school and business needs.
