Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Scientifique de données talentueux·se pour se joindre à notre équipe.

À titre de Scientifique de données, vous collaborez avec une équipe multidisciplinaire composée développeur.euse.s et de scientifiques afin de mener des travaux de recherche à fort impact en intelligence artificielle et en apprentissage automatique. Votre travail contribuera directement au développement d’algorithmes, de modèles et de systèmes avancés qui font évoluer notre technologie.

Veuillez noter que, bien que nous soyons spécialisés dans le secteur de la santé et les industries réglementées, tous nos projets ne relèvent pas de ces domaines. Vous pourriez donc être amené·e à travailler sur des projets variés dans différents secteurs, selon les besoins.

Vos responsabilités quotidiennes

- Développement, intégration et déploiement de modèles Concevoir, intégrer, entraîner et optimiser des modèles d'apprentissage automatique ou d’IA générative pour répondre aux besoins clients, incluant le feature engineering et l'évaluation de performance.
- Analyse et préparation des données Explorer les données clients pour identifier les patterns et opportunités. Nettoyer et structurer les données en collaboration avec les ingénieurs data.
- Communication technique avec les clients Traduire les besoins métier en solutions techniques. Présenter les résultats et expliquer les modèles aux stakeholders non-techniques.
- Veille technologique et conformité Rester à jour sur les avancées en ML/AI et les exigences réglementaires du secteur santé (HIPAA, Loi 25, RGPD).
- Documentation et reproductibilité Documenter les approches et résultats pour assurer la traçabilité et faciliter le transfert de connaissances.

Nous recherchons un·e scientifique des données d'expérience qui allie rigueur mathématique, sens aigu des affaires et passion pour la résolution de problèmes concrets. Vous devez être aussi à l'aise dans la conception d'une expérimentation robuste ou la validation d'un modèle statistique que dans la présentation de résultats actionnables à des clients et parties prenantes.

Nous valorisons les candidat·e·s qui abordent la science des données comme une pratique scientifique — où la reproductibilité, la solidité méthodologique et l'honnêteté intellectuelle comptent autant que la performance des modèles. Bien que nous recherchons un profil issu de la science des données et des mathématiques appliquées, nous nous attendons à ce que vous évoluiez dans un contexte interdisciplinaire, en collaboration avec des ingénieur·e·s logiciels, des concepteur·rice·s de produits et des expert·e·s de domaine. Une expérience complémentaire en développement logiciel et en architecture sera fortement valorisée.

Nous vous encourageons à postuler si vous :

- Possédez plus de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
- Avez de l’expérience avec Python et les plateformes d’infonuagique.
- Avez une solide compréhension des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique et de l’apprentissage profond, plus particulièrement des modèles d’IA générative.
- Avez de l’expérience dans la conception et le déploiement de pipelines d’apprentissage automatique à l’aide de technologies infonuagiques.
- Avez une bonne connaissance des environnements de calcul distribué et des technologies de mégadonnées.
- Maîtrisez les bonnes pratiques en développement logiciel ainsi que les systèmes de contrôle de version (p. ex. Git).
- Détenez une maîtrise en IA ou dans un domaine relié à l’IA

Atouts supplémentaires

- Avoir de l'expérience dans des rôles en contact avec les clients tels que le conseil ou même la gestion de produits/projets.
- Avoir travaillé dans le secteur de la santé ou dans d'autres secteurs fortement réglementés.

## About the role

We’re seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team.

As a Data Scientist you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to conduct high-impact research in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Your work will contribute directly to the development of advanced algorithms, models, and systems that drive our technology forward.

Note that while we specialize in healthcare and regulated industries, not all our projects are in these fields, so you may work across different domains from time to time.

Your work will consist of:

- Model development, integration and deployment Design, integrate, train and optimize machine learning or generative AI models to meet client needs, including feature engineering and performance evaluation.
- Data analysis and preparation Explore client data to identify patterns and opportunities. Clean and structure data in collaboration with data engineers.
- Technical communication with clients Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Present results and explain models to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technology watch and compliance Stay current on ML/AI advances and healthcare sector regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Bill 25, GDPR).
- Documentation and reproducibility Document approaches and results to ensure traceability and facilitate knowledge transfer.

## About you

We are seeking a seasoned data scientist who combines mathematical rigor with a sharp business sense and a passion for solving real-world problems. You should be just as comfortable designing a robust experiment or validating a statistical model as you are presenting actionable insights to customers and stakeholders.

We value candidates who treat data science as a scientific practice — where reproducibility, sound methodology, and intellectual honesty matter as much as model performance. While we are seeking a candidate coming from a data science and applied mathematics background, we expect you to operate in an interdisciplinary context, collaborating with software engineers, product designers, and domain experts. Candidates with additional experience in software development and architecture will be strongly valued.

We want you to apply if you:

- Have 5+ years of professional experience.
- Have experience with Python, and Cloud Computing Platforms.
- Have a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning, and more specifically generative AI models.
- Have experience building and deploying machine learning pipelines with cloud technologies.
- Have familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies.
- Understand  software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Have a Master’s Degree in an AI-related discipline
- Have  worked in client-facing roles such as consulting.
